IDBI Bank (Industrial Development Bank of India) has released a notification for the recruitment of applicants for the post of Executive that needs to be filled on contractual basis at its various Branches/Offices.
The selection process includes an online test (to be conducted at various locations throughout India) followed by the document verification & Medical Test. The selected candidates shall be recruited on contractual basis for 3 years.
As per the recent IDBI Notification, a total of 1044 vacancies needs be filled under this recruitment drive. Applicants who are above 20 years of age & possess a Graduation degree shall be eligible to apply for the IDBI Bank jobs as an Executive.

IDBI Bank Executive Post Salary Structure 2025
The appointment of the IDBI Executive will be done on contractual basis. This contract will be valid for a period of 1 year initially & may be reviewed for further extension on year-to-year basis for a period of 2 years at max subject to candidate’s performance & completion of mandatory certifications and availability of vacancies respectively.
The IDBI Bank Executive shall be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as per below table:

IDBI Bank Education Qualification 2025:
i. Any Graduate with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD) in any discipline from a university which is recognized by the Govt. of India OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government of India.
ii. The applicant must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate mentioning that he/ she is a graduate as on July 01, 2025 and which indicates the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while doing online registration. The date of passing the eligibility examination will be the date appearing on the marksheet or provisional certificate issued by University / Institute. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University / Institute and web based certificate is issued then proper document/certificate in original issued and signed by the appropriate authority of the University / Institute indicating the date of passing properly mentioned thereon will be reckoned for verification and further process.
iii. Applicants must also indicate the percentage marks obtained in Graduation. In case CGPA / OGPA is awarded, it should be converted into percentage and then should be filled in online application.
iv. Applicants must be proficient in Computers.

The Industrial Development Bank of India has publish the IDBI Executive Admit Card 2021 on its official website on 27th August 2021. IDBI Bank has scheduled the online test for IDBI Bank Executive posts (contract basis) for June 2025 .
The applicants can download the admit card using their registration number and password (generated at the time of the registration). The details regarding the time, date and address of the venue will be mentioned on the IDBI Executive Admit Card 2025.
